Directory of Good, Cheap Places to Eat in Acapulco
The Big Slice ("La Rebanadota"): Located on the beach side of the La Diana circle. It is one of the better
reasonably priced Italian restaurants in Acapulco. They have decent pizza, lasagna, spaghetti bolognese and salads.
Currently one of my favorite places to eat.

Tarascos: Probably the best known restaurant chain in Acapulco, you
should eat here at least once. They serve numerous varieties of tacos - the "Al Pastor Con Queso" (pork tacos w/ cheese)
are my favorite. Wash them down with a glass of "Agua Orchata" (sweet rice water). Open until late in the evening /
morning. Look for the roasting pork.

Tortas Diana: Not really a restaurant - it's actually a cart parked right near the traffic circle in La Diana
in "La Condesa". Yummy, slightly greasy sandwiches packed with all kinds of goodies for carnivores, especially good
after a few beers. Fill your tummy for US$2.

Food Factory: NEW! Located next to Club de Golf on La Costera not too far down from Office Max. It's almost like
a food court in that they have a half dozen seemingly separate mini-restaurants all with very good prices.
The variety includes traditional Mexican dishes, pizza slices in the shape of a cone, salads, burritos and more.

Yuca: Serves traditional "pibil" tacos and sandwiches, fast and cheap!
Two locations.

Torta Loca: Home of the crazy sandwich and wacky smoothies. Located
in Costa Azul.

Smoothies: Give your body a healthy and refreshing treat
with a fruit or vegetable smoothie. Many restaurants here serve smoothies; this is just a general listing.
