Puerto Escondido, Mexico

Puerto Escondido, on the pacific coast of Oaxaca, is known for its beaches and surfing. Playa Zicatela, which draws many international surfers during the summer months, is one of the top surfing beaches in the world.

In Mexico, sunbathing topless on public beaches is fairly uncommon (except during spring break). Puerto Escondido is a notable exception, so you can feel at home among your fellow nude sunbathers at certain beaches. The city is especially popular with tourists from all over Europe.
